Love this salon, and especially their newest spray tanning booth! The staff is educated and friendly- especially Erika, the prices are reasonable and you truly get a quality tan. This was my first time at this location the assistant director in training Erika was so pleasant she set me up and I got some good products with a special they were running. I was a little nervous to try spray tanning but Erika made me feel at ease she took me to the room and explained everything to me in detail even though info is posted on wall for reference! I love the way i looked after and im so glad I choose this location! Erika and the other staff are amazing so if you haven’t tried it and are thinking about it go check it out and ask for Erika!!

I love tanning here! Erika is always friendly and inviting, and an all around amazing person! She always offers me the best lotions to help me achieve the best results possible for my skin type! She always takes her time with any questions I have. The company offers the highest quality lotions and beds around! Nothing is sub par here, and they have even retained a new spray booth that I know will be amazing like the others, which I cant wait to try! It is evident that the owner cares for the employees as well as the salons themselves bc everyone is always happy and smiling with glowing skin and the salons are always clean! I will not tan anywhere else!!

Erika and Sam always have the best suggestions for lotions! They always greet you with a smile and if there is any problem they don’t hesitate to fix it. They are very professional and personable. I love being able to get in and out in no time. Salon is always very clean when I go in, you can tell they all take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously.

I see that in general, most reviews of this location are decent. Maybe I caught these girls at the end of the shift or on a bad day, but I found them to be rude and honestly I probably wouldn’t return at this location. It was my first time to this establishment and a good friend who had told me how great this place was gave me a coupon to try a free spray tan to see if I liked it. I entered the store smiling, explained that I had spray tanned once in the past, didn’t like It, but that my friend( who is a regular customer) bragged on y’all and gave me the coupon to see for myself. One girl at first I believe wanted to be nice, she even asked “should I give you the tour?” Before I could even answer the other girl said ” no” . Ok I came in as a potential returning client!!! I wasn’t treated as such. Then one girl said that the little primer squeeze pack and the after moisturizer and I guess the things that you put on your feet were going to be $15.whats my free coupon for? Which would have been ok except that I was dropped off there and didn’t take cash in. I found out after from my friend that the two pool samples and feet things were supposed to be at no charge. And if it was 15 for that then the coupon should say $15 spray tan not free .Well anyway I was trying to see if I had a card with me to pay that but one girl said well you can still tan but we can’t guarantee how it will look, was just rude as hell(sorry) and then was going to send me back, I’d never been there EVER! The less rude of the two asked if I knew the positions, which I had told them I spray tanned one other time and NEVER there, so she finally said well I’ll take you back then. Was as short as she was lacking any customer service experience, especially on someones first time! This location is very close to my house, and I was excited to see if I would be a returning customer. I NEVER write bad reviews! I review when someone has gone out of the way to make your experience awesome to let their boss know that they are representing the business as it should. I’m a business owner and being treated the way I just was as a potential client, I would never go back. First I called my friend, who suggested the place; she was in shock, then I decided to write this. Girls, I’m really not sure why you shunned me as a customer, but I don’t want to return to this place because of how rude you were. And I won’t recommend it. I’m happy to see other good reviews, and that you don’t treat everyone like this, but I would not want the two of you as the first faces my clients see without some training in customer service. Finally I really want to apologize for a bad review on your page, honestly I hate writing it, but it was that bad. I would want to be told if my employees had acted like that is the only reason I did it.
