Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am so devastated with the result of my nails. I went in with high hopes the staff was very friendly but that doesn’t even nearly make up for the work on my nails. I wanted simple short acrylics for 35$. I ended up with a gel polish acrylic that cost 55$ and was done terribly. The filing and shaping of the nail is work I could’ve done better myself and the gel application is not even and way too thick. I am so devastated with the result of my nails. I went in with high hopes the staff was very friendly but that doesn’t even nearly make up for the work on my nails. I wanted simple short acrylics for 35$. I ended up with a gel polish acrylic that cost 55$ and was done terribly. The filing and shaping of the nail is work I could’ve done better myself and the gel application is not even and way too thick. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey were very quick and my nails were done really well. I wanted glow in the dark nail polish, but they did not have it. They quickly accommodated me with another option which was the “mood color changing” polish and I really appreciated that gesture. They were very quick and my nails were done really well. I wanted glow in the dark nail polish, but they did not have it. They quickly accommodated me with another option which was the “mood color changing” polish and I really appreciated that gesture. They also gave me a bottle of water without having to ask, very friendly, great service, extremely clean.

Critical: QualityUsually this is my go too place! But Henry was busy this time so they called in someone. She tried to sell me their overpriced lotions and creams the whole time . The lady did good on my toes but once it got to my nails all standard fell. I chose a light color for once in my life and of course she barely puts 2 coates on. That is something. I really cannot stand! Does it cost that much more money and effort to put more than 2 coates on my nails to really pronounce the color?! Really disappointing. Usually this is my go too place! But Henry was busy this time so they called in someone. She tried to sell me their overpriced lotions and creams the whole time . The lady did good on my toes but once it got to my nails all standard fell. I chose a light color for once in my life and of course she barely puts 2 coates on. That is something.
