Angel did my hair. He was quite the professional and carried great conversation. My experience there was so helpful and relaxing and truly made me feel so beautiful when I seen my final result. Lucy did a great job doing what I asked. A couple of downsides: 1) after taking the foils out of my hair She used a brush (not a wide toothed comb) to brush through my hair with the bleach still in it. This is a big no no! when your hair is bleached it’s very fragile and to brush through it (I could tell it was tangled and she was knotting it up) causes tons of damage, and it did! after brushing through the area she did I mentioned it to her and she stopped, and now this area she brushed through is so damaged that it feels like straw and is completely broken. my hair lays flat and this area is curly which indicates it’s dead. 2nd: I asked about a darker color for a low light. she started to do this to the remaining pieces that weren’t bleached and a regular came in while she was doing it so she stopped and asked me to sit for the dye to set (which is fine) but she didn’t finish to low light the bottom half of my hair after he left so now I have red and blonde on the top of my hair and the whole bottom is my brown that I had in so it looks weird. 3rd) I asked for long layers to be put in and she didn’t do it at all. She did cut my hair (dry?) so I thought she put layers in but there aren’t any. 4th) i knew my ends would be fried after the bleach so I asked her if she needed to cut off more hair due to the damage. She never did, and I had to come home and cut off another 2 inches myself bc it was completely fried. Other than that I liked the outcome, it wasn’t horrible, but I don’t think I’ll be back.
