Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDon’t waste your money here. Went tonight for a pedicure and sns(nail dip) they put the dip on like regular tip nails but charged me for dip. The didn’t glue the tips down all the way I have to add more glue. All of my nails are different lengths and some are shorter than what my real nails were. The pedicure was just sad. None of the polish on my toes is straight has bumps all in it and the nails wasn’t filed smooth. Don’t waste your money here. Went tonight for a pedicure and sns(nail dip) they put the dip on like regular tip nails but charged me for dip. Horrible service . The man rushed and filed my nails to the point where one of them bled . too aggressive . not even really paying attention to what he was doing . Then the lady overcoated my nails to the point that they look gumpy . I don’t believe she knows how to pain nails whatsoever . They also charged us more than we were supposed to pay .

Most definitely will not be back. Charged way to much from the very first time i brought my daughter. Then she wants to keep on and start an argument after i said just do it and i will pay … was gonna do mine but changed my mind…. only one lady in there that is nice…the man said he was gonna just cut my daughters nails off so we can leave i said naw come charge me for this so i can go. I stayed inside with her but the woman kept talking smack so i had to walk out before i smacked her. My bestie stayed in there with my daughter and handled it. This place is a joke other than one lady who works there. She is the best. They do not deserve a single star…

First time I went a lady was friendly! A couple of times I got a young lady that was friendly. Then I got one that got mad when I told her what I wanted, same thing next time. Wouldn’t say anything to me at all VERY unfriendly! Will NOT go back. Do not deserve one star. Dip powder, Pedicure

They are very rude and unprofessional! Do not spend your money or waste your time going there. I went to get a simple eyebrow wax because I wouldn’t dare let them do my nails(they do horrible work). Anyway, I explained to the older lady that was about to do them that I just wanted a shape up. She went out the room, started speaking her language and all the other nail techs started staring at me. The owner told me in English that she doesn’t know how to do it. I asked him was he serious because the same lady has done my eyebrows several times before today, so I was confused. I guess she didn’t want to be bothered so I told the owner that I will spend my money somewhere else. My mother in law and my neice were there as well and I told the owner that I will be taking their business with me as well! Save yourself the money and horrible customer service experience and head over to Savannah’s Nail & Polish or Roses in Columbus, MS. They’re great and have awesome nail techs and customer service! They don’t even deserve this 1 star… they only have one person that can do nails there. I requested her they start talking in their language. The owner argued with me that my nails looked good although it was clear that he didn’t clean the previous nail polish off & put acrylic over it. Let it me your LAST stop if you need your nails done!!!

As someone who gets their nails done at least two-three times a month, and who is a nail tech herself., I am HIGHLY disappointed with the work here. Very rude workers as well as very careless with the work. A friend with me came to get acrylics removed and the woman instantly ripped her cuticle, making her nail bleed and burn after dipping it in polish removal. The man pulled my toe nail out while removing excess skin and cause my foot to go red. On top of that, they use HAND SOAP to scrub feet for pedicures. Please don’t waste your time coming here.

They literally suck. I got a full set with gel polish and gel polish on my toes. I paid $65. During my time there they kept telling me to relax, I know for a fact I was relaxed, and that irritated me. They did a horrible paint job on my fingers and toes. I lost 2 nails and it has not even been 2 weeks.
