I had my wedding this weekend, and Jen from Mancuso did my hair and makeup. The end result was even better than I expected. My makeup was light and natural while still being camera ready. My hair was perfect and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only was her work phenomenal, but her presence was so calming. I went in nervous, but she was so pleasant and had me laughing and smiling and truly relaxed. I highly recommend Mancuso and Jen!

I can nit say enough good things about Mancuso!! The staff is amazing and super friendly. The girls whom wash your hair do such a good job and really massage your head. I almost fell asleep – My hair came out so good – I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

I came home from college for Thanksgiving break. Decided I wanted to get highlights again before the holidays. I scheduled an appointment with a new hairdresser to get it dyed and the receptionist told my mom that the girl that was doing my hair does a good job because “she does her hair.” Went to my appointment, the girl was pleasant, and I told her I wanted a full foil of highlights that was natural looking and blended on the top of my head/all throughout. She managed to put a lot of blonde in my hair as I wanted, but clearly didn’t understand what natural/blended roots were. I left with wet hair and when I got home the top of my hair wasn’t blended at all. My hair had probably 5 different colors in it on the top of my head and there was a brassy hue. I made another appointment and explained the situation to a different hairdresser, she thought washing my hair and taking out the toner was the fix the solving roots that weren’t blended. I finally explained to her that I needed additional color to fix it and she lightened my roots, but it’s still very unnatural looking. My mom spoke to another receptionist on the phone requesting for a refund as both girls had no clue what they were doing. The receptionist told my mom that I was lying and that I wanted a “rooted look.” Horrible service and we will never be going back to the salon again! If you want your hair to look like you did it yourself at home, but spent $200+ I would not recommend! I plan on wearing a hat until my natural hair color grows back in!

This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I was growing out my light blonde hair and wanted to add some lowlights to blend with my natural color. I came out with greenish dark brown hair that was a shade darker than my natural color. I now have to get highlights to become a blonde again. Hair coloring

I got a hair cut and color here for the first time and altho my stylist was very sweet and did a great job on my color. She cut my hair way to short after having grown my hair to my waist for so long! I was in shock when I turned around and saw my hair in the mirror. I was upset but thought maybe I would get use to it and I just can’t. I wake up and hate it everyday and can’t style it in a way Iike. I told the front desk I was very unhappy with the cut and they offered me $5 off my next service after spending nearly $500! Needless to say I will not be returning. That’s just terrible customer service.
