This is the LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO HERE! SHOWED HER A PICTURES OF HOW I WANTED MY HAIR. CHANGED APPOINTMENT TIME 5 TIMES FINALLY GET THERE AND THE BRAIDEE START ON MY HAIR AND THEN FINISHED LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES TOOK 2 bags of my extra long hair!

Had an appointment for 9am they called me at 7pm the night before asking me to come at 12 or 1 because they didn’t finish another customer. I got there at 12 they told me to come back at 4 because the other customer didn’t come on time she was 3 hrs late. I WILL NEVER go back. Then they charge $200 and don’t supply hair. Bad service….

Then during the entire process i was asked to continuously hold the braiding hair the entire time she serviced me. There was constant switching between braiders. Definitely NOT a satisfied customer! First of all, I had to blow dry my hair at my appointment. Then during the entire process i was asked to continuously hold the braiding hair the entire time she serviced me. There was constant switching between braiders. Definitely NOT a satisfied customer! Hair looked about a month old after only having it in for only a week. Will never visit here again!

Great place. Very talented staff. Don’t make plans because it takes awhile. This is a 4 hour at the least job. All you have to do is show them a picture of the style you like and they will make it come to reality. These ladies have the gift.

I recently had my hair done at Mammy’s I came in for starter dread locs I wanted my grid to be in triangle parts.. I explained this to a Tee and before the lady started…also they didn’t have the best products they used that nasty funky pro-style black Gel to make my coils.. I sat for almost 2hrs for nothing after she finished I looked in the mirror and wanted to cry she didn’t part my hair correctly.. I think they didn’t know what a “triangle” part was.. she charged me 60.00 it was shady… the back was full and the top was not it was like maybe 10 coils on top.. I complained to the owner who claimed she would do it herself this never happened she had another girl do it and charged me an extra 30 when I came bk for the corrections to be made..still a terrible outcome after I showed the girl pictures on google of a triangle part…I WILL Never come back or refer nobody
