I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Dont let my enthusiasm scare you I just absolutely love this place- came in for a Brazilian for the first time and was very nervous but they greeted me with smiles and their lobby is so cute!! The vibes are immaculate:) Shelby was so nice, she played music (which happened to be my exact taste) and let me ramble to distract myself, I felt comfortable and safe and I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants a GREAT experience getting waxed!

Been going here for about three years now and usually have had amazing experiences. Unfortunately the person that usually does my eyebrows was not there and someone else did it. What took me two years to grow was all gone when some different person did my eyebrows. I specifically showed her where I wanted hair off from. She promised to do a little by a little and show me but she sugared all of my eyebrows off and handed me the mirror at the end and I almost had a heart attack. PLEASE let them know exactly how you want it and ask them to show you for every part of your eyebrow that they do. They probably aren’t used to thick full eyebrows so when they see it their initial thought it to take it all off. Definitely upsetting and frightening to go from having full thick eyebrows to nothing at ALL. Can’t undo what they did, but I can warn others that are trying to grow my their thick eyebrows.

Mixed emotions. Services were great and the gal was very professional, but when I tried to use my Groupon, I evidently didn’t click on the next screen that told that the coupon was good only for a Brazilian wax which I did not get. That was obviously my mistake, but it would have been good customer service and exhibited good will if the manager/owner had offered to at least discount the service I got since she obviously was going to receive payment from Groupon. I had expected to pay the $8 difference between the cost of the service I received and the value of the Groupon. I ended up PAYING twice and she ended up GETTING PAID twice. I hope she thinks whatever she got paid from Groupon in addition to the $68 I paid was worth it because I was about plunk down $100 for products and would definitely have returned regularly. Not a smart businesswoman.

I had an appointment scheduled today at 3:30 pm for a Brazilian wax. I called them around 3:20 pm and let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be there in fifteen minutes. I ended up arriving around 3:47 pm and they allowed me to still be seen without another fee. I was so fortunate as I know they have a late and a no show policy. Sam performed my wax and she was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgable and made me feel really comfortable. She was so sweet and we spoke throughout the wax which really eased my nerves as this was only my second time ever being waxed down there. Sam went above and beyond for me and my first-time visit here. I will most definitely be back, and I am so happy with the results of my wax.

I was nervous for my first Brazilian wax but it turned out to be great. I had a really good experience here. Everyone is very friendly, it is clean, and has a good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend waxing because it beats having to shave. The ladies here make you feel calm and comfortable.
