For a first experience…it was not great. I was on time for my appointment but the stylist was over an hour late, although they have a policy that you have to be on time for your appt. This in turn caused my natural hair to shrink back up even though it was freshly blown out before i got there. She then had to blow out my hair a second time (additional heat) and was extremely rough! I tried to stop her a few times and ask If she can use the ends to root technique but she went back to blowing it out root to end which was extremely painful! So if I go back it must be to some one different.
