Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place 0 stars I would.Terrible customer service and the beds don’t even get warm. Good luck getting a tan here. I drove 20 minutes to get a spray tan tonight, arrived 10 minutes before closing, and was told “no” because she “had been there since 9, is tired, and still has to clean.” If your customer walks in the door before the time of closing they should be able to use the services that they are clearly over paying for. On top of that I thought I was actually arriving an hour before closing, but they had just changed their hours apparently. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Terrible customer service and the beds don’t even get warm. Good luck getting a tan here. Would be 5 stars if it weren’t for the uneducated employee who told me last Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, I asked the same girl if this upgrade package she was selling me for $26.99 was going to be all that I’m charged for this month, I specifically said on all 3 days that I can’t afford the usual rate this month, she assured me on all 3 days that that will be ALL I’m charged for the month of July. Well on the 4th I get a notification from my bank that malibu took $45 on top of the $30 I already paid. So now I’m sitting broke – $90 in the hole and I have to pay $50 in overdraft fees because of this one employee. I hope they have audio on their surveillance cameras cuz I’m not done fighting this issue with malibu. I’ve sent so many new customers to them and this is what I get, well I can also pubically shame the company and tell all potential customers to tread with caution cuz they steal money. Oh I forgot to ,emotion that there are 2 other charges from malibu that shouldn’t be there, there is $15 I was over charged for my month and $1 from the first day I started, that girl swiped my card for $1 and said it wouldn’t take it, but it did. I’m extremely frustrated right now with this large of a company to have to be so damn petty. I guess that’s how most get rich is from stealing from the poor. Tanning is not cheap to begin with, now I have to worry about being over charged by a corrupt company. Until this matter is resolved I will continue to tell everyone I know to take their tanning business elsewhere. MALIBU is a JOKE
