My sister and I have been going to Jess since I was at least 13 and now I’m almost 30 and I literally told a coworker today that even if I moved to a different county, I’d still go to Jessica. Honestly, I’d walk through a blizzard to get my haircut by her and literally no one else for the rest of time. This place has gone through so many management and ownership changes over the years and that is what it is but if you are looking for a really kind, funny, talented hairdresser who will not only give you the haircut of your dreams but also the styling of your dreams (still talk about the updo she gave me for prom when I was 17…), look no further. There’s a reason that it feels like every single time my sister and I talk to a friend about who does their hair because it looks so good it’s always “OMG YOU SEE JESS AT SALON PULSE TOO?!”

She was SO SO nice everyone was so welcoming, really sweet. Then I got my hair cut by David who did such a great job VERY thorough on the conversation before he cuts which is so important to me and he triple checks everything! I was very specific on what I wanted and I got what I asked for. It was perfect and he was so so helpful with helping me with my hair he gave me some dinner recommendations and he was so nice very knowledgeable. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I met so many people yesterday so I hope I don’t get the names mixed up but Gina washed my hair and did so well she was so helpful and gave me tips on upkeep of my hair when I told her I was having trouble. The front desk person judges you by how you look and what you wear before assigning you the hair dresser. He couldn’t cut a straight line, no need to mention style or layers, he basically just chop it off which you would have done it at home on your own. Ask for John!! By far, the best place I’ve gotten my hair done from. They are very professional and know exactly what to do, especially when you have no idea yourself. John is artistic and knows just how to style your hair! He will enhance your hair and make sure it stays healthy and strong. Also keep a look out for Dinah, the assistant. She gives the best shampoos and can easily take out all those knots and stresses from your head! They are respectful, courteous, professional, and very artistically talented stylists. I don’t think I would trust anyone else to do my hair from now on.
