Found this place after looking at a couple of other hotel spas. It was the closest to where I was staying and I liked the pricing. I did the 75 minute massage which is $160….. or so the website says. Ended up being $180 before tip. While a $20 difference isn’t going to break the bank, I was puzzled as to why the pricing was different. I think the massage therapist did the 15 minute deep tissue add-on, but that was NEVER discussed. I really would have appreciated better communication when it came to what he was doing. I probably would’ve declined if I knew he was doing something “extra”. If he didn’t do anything extra then the prices on the website truly need to be updated.

The ocean view cabana couple’s massage was fantastic! It was relaxing to hear the birds chirping and the waves. They’re located inside the Napili Kai resort. The experience lived up to the name Makai “by the sea!” My masseuse (the owner) customized the experience based on my needs and also incorporated stretching to open up my shoulders. My wife also couldn’t stop talking about the other masseuse Theresa. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Had some very sore spots after a few weeks of work and then sitting on two flights to get to Hawaii. We didnt have anything scheduled for our first 2 days here so on the first day we looked into massage and they were able to squeeze us in on the next day! They were very nice and it was a great way to relax to start off our week here.

Wonderful experience. The massage therapists were very knowledgeable and gave a gentle, painless massage that was relaxing and accommodating. They communicated well. We recommend moonlight massage outside or inside as we had our couples massage out in the gazebo during the day and the temperature was a little hot. It seemed a little overpriced — 50 minute and 80 minute sessions were similarly priced to the 60 and 90 minute sessions in Seattle.
