Today was our first time there and I took my step daughter to get her first set ever! She was so excited to get her Disneyland nails and she was so disappointed with the work, the nails look messy and outgrown already, she didn’t get the shape she wanted even though she showed him the picture. My nails look good but one side is more likely going to lift because of the way it was painted. The place is nice and big but I wish they put more attention to what the customer wants. I will have to try a different place.

I am so disappointed. When I walked in the salon was clean but packed to capacity. My appointment was at 3:00 and there was a 20 minute wait. I asked for gel nails and I believe I got polish only. The tech filed my nails to the top of my fingertips. It had taken me 3 months to grow my nails. She left nail polish on my fingers and the nail polish is streaked and uneven. Getting my nails done is my monthly reward for myself and I want to cry they were so badly done. Needless to say I will not be back. Hopefully in another 3 months my nails will grow back enough to have them done correctly somewhere else.

From where should I start, I went in today to this place!! After leaving a really bad nail salon that I had an appointment with them earlier with a really bad experience and they messed up my nails!! to find a new place and I was just driving trying to find a place that could fix my nails. I found this place I could never say enough words about this place!!!!! <333 where should I start from the excellent customer service, how clean and stunning and simple this place <33 they do a really good job on a short time,really good prices and the owner who was taking care of me he got really positive energy I love it I love everything about this place !!! Would I go back again yes of course I would !!!! Big thanks to john .. I let with big smile on my face and I was so happy ^_^

Vicky is like a Magician! She does Amazing nails andis pretty quick. I left for a 2 month vacation and mid way through I had a tech in another state do a simple french fade. She filed some like coffin, some square, definitely shorter than I asked for etc… when I tried to tell her she was SO rude. I almost didn’t pay her and I definitely didn’t leave a tip. She didn’t even clean the underside of each nail, so GROSS. My final destination doesn’t have nail/ hair salons as it’s very private and I knew I could wait until my return.

Horrible experience here. The tech Julia didn’t even know what she was doing n couldn’t even understand anything I said, she had to ask another employee what it was I said I wanted even tho I had picture. N when I told them that this wasnt what i wanted I was told it’s too late. I’m pretty sure this girl wasn’t even licensed. N when you speak up about Not liking It they want to catch an attitude with you like you’re the problem but excuse me, if I’m gonna be paying for something I’m gonna want it done how I want it so all in all total amateurs, Was charged 60$ for this disaster do not go here

I love this place! I’ve been using DivaNails for about 8 months and they rarely disappoint! The customer service is above par which explains the wait you may have to endure. Try to schedule your visit ahead but if not, they are worth the wait!

First time here and it was enjoyable. The music was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. Everyone seemed nice but most were quiet. There is one employee that was louder than most, but he was funny. I wish the foot massage was better and longer than it was, I thought they offered different pedicure options, but wasn’t given any. As I left to pay I did notice a paper on the counter that might have been a list of services and prices, but since this was my first time here, I wouldn’t know to look there, as other places I have been to, handed me a menu of services to choose from. I almost gave my visit 4 stars, but the last person I talked to, who checked me out and I paid was a little rude. There is a small sign at the register that states they only take cash tips, but again, I made her aware that I didn’t know this as it was my first time, and then came the attitude. I’m not positive if I will come again, maybe I’ll try and see if the second time will be better. ♀️

Service not so good, the tech made me wait. Then after she did my nails. Left me wait again, had to wait for Bill. Then prices way to high. Had my nails repainted with clear and design. Not happy. I’ve been going there for years. Not going back. Time for a new place!
