I booked an appointment with Ruth on April 25th for my wedding coming up..left a deposit for $300 and she never responded to any confirmations from myself for over a month.. location where my install takes place was never discussed (that’s supposed to be in 2 days) so honestly I feel she never planned to show up.. every payment is upfront when planning a wedding so she gets paid regardless $600 total. Ridiculous.. not a luxury wedding experience as she claims at all. I’ve been trying to reach her via email, phone, Instagram (where she post daily) but doesn’t respond as well as my fiancé and wedding planner. She didn’t respond until I mentioned that I wanted to cancel. I don’t see her as being reliable on such a big day!! My wedding day at that and now I don’t have a stylist less than a week before. I would not recommend!! And I’m going to try to dispute charges because I will not be scammed.
