I starting coming here in January and was really happy. I only did my nails with Ami because I have seen the work of others and didn’t really care for it. I was happy that she actually soaked my nails to remove the gel. However, she did not do the same for my pedicure. My toes nails became brittle. I came in to my appointment today and explained what was happening, and asked if she can soak them instead of just removing it all with the machine and was told she would not do it that way. They had other employees that would do my pedicure but like I said I’ve seen their work and don’t really like it so I politely said no and just left. Super disappointed but not surprised as the last two times everything was rushed. Anyone that is a nail tech knows that gel should not be removed with just the machine. It will ruin your nails and make them brittle and they will break.

Would highly recommend Majestic! I came in with a group of 6 prior to my wedding. They were friendly and did a great job on everyone’s nails – including kids. The pedicure was the best I’ve ever had. The massages and paraffin wax treatment was excellent. It’s a little farther from me, but I’d definitely come back. Worth the price!

It’s a mixed bag, but yet I still come back. Each tech is different. Some of the younger girls are cliquey with each other and don’t engage the customers. Which is fine, except I am super easy to upsell. I would like the full experience, hot stones, paraffin wax, an offering of a beverage when other people are sipping wine, and I don’t want to rush. I also tip really well, min 20%. I do have three techs that I prefer. Vera was great, but I didn’t get her this time. I should learn the other two names instead of letting it be a lottery every time I make an appointment. As with any salon, find your favorite tech and stick with them.

9/22/2022 was in for a full set and a pedicure asked for a overlay on my big toe . . . Ladies got mad because they didn’t know how to do it and told me to that I can go elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
