I walked in with a short amount of time and Chi was able to accommodate me for a pedicure and removing gels off my fingers and toes. It was a beautiful salon and a very lovely experience, and I really appreciated how concerned she was with my time limit.

These girls do an amazing job. Yeah sometimes they get lazy and leave air bubbles on your nails but for the most part they are the best nail salon that I’ve ever been to. Just for reference I only ever get gel nails.

Went in for a pedicure today with 2 friends for a girls day out and got just a basic pedicure. The place is beautiful and very clean. I was however very disappointed in my pedicure I know I only got the basic but the whole thing took less than 15 minutes. First off I barely got my feet in the water which it was still running when she started working on my nails she cuts them extremely short and doesn’t even file them straight the whole time shes not even looking at what shes doing shes looking at the what I guess is another one of the workers whos sitting in a chair on his phone then when I picked out my color she says that ,that color is gel only. So fine I picked another color then she comes back with it and says they don’t have anymore left of that color and shows me the bottle that whats left is clumpy. So I pick a 3rd color. Shes got my nails painted in 2 minutes flat.After that they tell us to go sit under the light table (no fan) so the 3 of sit there for about 20 minutes which was longer than it took to do my nails. We leave to go have lunch and I notice that my big toe nail is wrinkled my friends both have smudges on there’s. There nails looked better than mine and they were happy with there’s but if we go back I would definitely ask for a different person.

Me and my mother wanted to go get our nails and feet done together to have a day to ourselves so we decided to visit Majestic Nails since we saw lots of good reviews and everything looked legit. Our wait was pretty long but eventually we were seated for our pedicures which were very relaxing and nice. (I enjoyed but my mother has yet to say.) The same ladies who did our toes, did our nails. Me and my mother both had reference photos. Mine was a simple brown French tip with diamonds in different patterns placed along each nail. My mothers was a bit difficult to explain but had a variety of browns. When my mom showed the tech the design, she insisted that she was unable to add the variety of colors. I don’t recall why but all I am aware of is that the entire time she was technically trying to up my moms price by insisting on gel polished nails. My mom ended up just doing all brown nails which weren’t even the shade she’d liked. The tech suggested adding gold polish on the ring nails which were not placed well. The nails came out chunky and thick. My mother was extremely unsatisfied and upset and I felt horrible. The lady who did my nails on the other hand did a fantastic job and gave great service. All I know is that I definitely will not be returning here with my mother.

The service itself was amazing! The staff were very nice and attentive. My only issue is the results itself. I got a gel manicure and it hasn’t even been a full week yet and my nails are already chipping and the shininess of them has faded. I’m not sure if it’s the actual gel top coat they used but it’s very poor quality:(. Overall for service: 10/10…but for product: -/10.

Amy is so rude and does a sloppy job. When you tell her about it she gets an attitude and expects a large tips. Very rude. New owners and this place has gone down. Last owner would expect more from employees. Young owners. More dirty and employee rude Service declined since last owner a few months back. Go to Cypress Lake Majestic nails for professionals!!

At one time this was a great place. Don’t believe in their Frequent visits program, we were a regular customer for an entire year and never received a discount despite visiting their salon every 3 weeks. The last time we visited the new tech cut my husbands toe and I had to take antibiotics for 2 weeks.
