First time coming to this place and I absolutely loved it! Came in right before my vacation and they were super busy and still gave me amazing service! I believe his name was something like Nam, gave me wonderful pedicure. Took his time and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Kay was excellent as well and gave me a beautiful full set quick and efficiently. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey charge you for using a credit card which they do not have advertised. $70 for pedicure and shellac manicure. I get pedicures and manicures every 2 weeks. Just moved and tried this place. Will not be going back. I am particular and when you pay for a service you have the right to be. It was a big deal I wanted my nails wrapped and opposed to them filing off shellac. The pedicure was the results I get from other places when I just do a polish change. It was also an ordeal that I wanted 3 coats for shellac. They then told me my card was not good because it would not go through 3 times and tried to get me to pay by Venmo. I told them I have a 25k limit and get text notifications from my card if they decline a transaction for any reason. It was their credit card machine, on the 4th try it went through. Went there the first time with my daughters. The tech that did my daughters nail would not listen to her so she was disappointed with what she got. Both mine and my daughter techs kept making the cuticle area bleed and then spray repeatedly with alcohol. I tried giving them another chance. Two nails popped off so I needed them fixed. Was told wait few minutes. I do not mind. Two people came in after me. 20 minutes later I asked how much longer. Oh now by the guy but no tech was available. A lady came up to me and lied and said she was the only tech that can do acrylic nails when I had dipped nails. Did not make sense. I recognize two of the ladies from last time and they did nails. A lot of people in this salon that can do acrylic is sad for a business. Went to Beautiful Nails down the road. OMG better service, clean environment and the staff communicated ALOT better! Go there. Better all around for your money.

This place is so unorganized. They make people wait in their pedicure chairs with their feet in water for over an hr before they are serviced. Instead of making people wait like this just because you have an open chair doesn’t mean you should if you are short staffed. They don’t let you make appts either. They just say come in, in 1 hr…they don’t take your name or number. When you arrive, they tell you to come back and then you do and then you freaking wait. I get it, your busy but don’t put clients in chairs until you are ready to service that guest.

Just got acrylics done by Van, as recommended by my friend. She is super awesome and did my requested design beautifully! Got hurt once but she apologized afterwards. You could tell it was completely accidental. Everyone I talked to were super nice. I 100% recommend this place to get your nails done!

I went into this establishment and was asked to pick polish for a pedicure. When I went to sit down, the water was cool so I asked for warmer water. I was given 30 seconds of warm water to “heat it up”. I waited for 20 minutes without anyone approaching me. Then I witnessed a verbal heated discussion between an employee and a customer. The employee was very rude and condescending. Apparently customer service is not part of this salons values. At that point, I decided this was not the place for me. I got up. Dried my toes. And left!!

I had an appointment at 12:15 i was seated immediately upon arrival I came in for a gel set pink and white ombre and they assigned me to Kim and she is wonderful she is very talented she did an amazing job on my nails the only thing I kind of wanted them a little bit longer but other than that it was amazing and she did a great job I will definitely be going back and I strongly suggest getting Kim
