2 weeks ago I shopped a place close to home to get a massage. After doing a bit of research and read reviews. I decided to try Main Spa, so I made an appointment. Once I arrived I asked the owner if they used fragrant oil and she said no and showed me the oil that would be used. I am highly allergic to most fragrances and cause anxiety when exposed to it.

I am absolutely gutted I have to write this review because I really liked this spot. I have been going here for a few months now. Each time I have went was a spur the moment and have always just walked in and been serviced. My experience the last two times has me officially being done with this place, which inconveniences me because it’s relatively close to my house. I went in a few weeks ago for a walk in which isn’t out of the ordinary since I have walked in the past 5-6 times. She told me she had an appointment and could not service me, I understood and decided I would go make myself busy and call later to see if they were still busy. I called some time later (over an hour) and she said “come now” so I drove back and was seated waiting for a therapist. After waiting 10-15 minutes a lady came out and said they did not have time. This was disappointing and very aggravating because she had just told me to come. Fast forward to today, I call before leaving my house because I know better at this point. She asks if I can “come now” I said I can be there in 5 minutes. I arrive to the spa only to be told because I do not have an appointment they cannot service me and the gal sat in front of me giggling as if my frustration was funny. I said “it’s not funny” she said “I know, it’s our manager who scheduled people but she did not check with us”. This is now the second time this has occurred, I will not be returning. Truly lost a customer who comes in close to three times a month. So I guess word of advice, book an appointment. Overall services are good.

Fantastic massage! My husband and I did the couples massage after a week of hiking in WA national parks and our sore muscles have never felt better! Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. They really knew how to focus on the sore spots and work them out. Definitely would return if we lived in town, and highly recommend!

In the past this place was ok, but after the last couple of experiences I have to give this place 1 star. Very unprofessional of taking phone calls and answering the door when someone comes in. They raised their rates, you hope that means you will get quality service. Unfortunately it is not worth the money. In a 30 minute period my massage was interrupted 6 times, I thought about cutting my 90 minute session to only a 60 minute. In the entire 90 minutes I was interrupted over 10 times. In the beginning she was apologizing, after 6th time she just stopped saying sorry. I really should have been offered a discounted rate for all the disturbances. They really need someone to answer the calls and the front door if they are going to take walk-in clients. Appointments are probably better to do, but as I read in other reviews, it doesn’t mean anything, because she doesn’t write down anything because she is busy massaging. So she either forgets or that’s just how they do business. Now i have to find a better, and more professional establishment.

My very first massage was at Main Spa I didn’t know what to expect. It was the most wonderful experience I’ve had.i treated myself for my birthday to a one-hour massage and I left there feeling like a million bucks I would definitely recommend this place clean the staff is very professional and kind they got me in without an appointment and made me feel very welcome I definitely give this place

I came in after being under an immense amount of stress and had booked the Pain Away massage. It was AMAZING. This was literally the best massage I’ve ever had. Right pressure, right focus, right manipulation of my piriformis . I cannot say how much I needed and appreciated this. I will be back.

Clean place but terrible massage. Really dissatisfied :/. First, they rescheduled me and then when I arrived they were confused about my appointment. Then they make you pay BEFORE the service, very sketchy. The massage itself was just awful, I didn’t know you could get a bad massage to be honest. The lady didn’t ask about what to focus on, any injuries, ect(she also didn’t speak English). It felt like she had zero training and was just a very unpleasant experience. I’m super bummed about this place, I had high expectations based on the Google reviews!! Will not be coming back, I completely wasted my money. I hate to give one star but don’t waste your money too :/

Went for a 90 min massage earlier this month and it was soo good! Shishi did my massage and it was so relaxing, just the right amount of pressure and I could feel such a huge difference in my muscles afterwards. Totally recommend!
