Absolutely fantastic experience, I would recommend her to anyone who wants to be happy with their cut. If I could rate her higher, I would. She got me in the same day with no problem. I walked in really nervous and unsure (I only ever let one person even touch my hair) but she calmed my nerves and was very reassuring. I left with an amazing haircut and style for a job interview I had that day. In addition to that, she was very kind, laid back, and easy to talk to. Would highly, HIGHLY recommend.

I would give this person zero stars. She cut my hair into the most uneven, despicable cut I have ever seen. I had hair that was all one length and she cut off 18 inches on top leaving me with a mullet. I told her in advance that I wanted to keep my length and she showed me a photo of a beautiful haircut she suggested. In no way is that what she gave me. There are gaping holes in the sides of my hair where she cut it. It will take me YEARS for this to grow out to an acceptable length. I can’t even have it all fixed and shortened because of how uneven & short it is. There is literally 4 inches of hair left in some spots, it was down to my bra-line previously. In addition, this woman is one of the most unprofessional people I have met in my life. She bad mouthed the entire town of Bloomington-Normal both personally and professionally. This was the first time we had ever met and she spoke negatively of other stylists and other professionals in the area. On top of all of that, her space is super unprofessional. Her studio is smaller than a bathroom, she doesn’t have a mirror to look at your hair. The entire area is severely disorganized and cluttered. The woman herself is very disheveled, she tripped over her own things, dropped her supplies on the floor and had just a general physical appearance unbecoming a professional. I suggest if you come to her shop you turn around, I was recommended her by a friend who will never be trusted again.

Purchased a Groupon posted by this business. Called to schedule an appointment and the owner said she would not honor it because she said it was supposed to be taken down. She didn’t offer an alternative just stated it would be a “waste of her time” to honor it or do anything else for me.

This company is completely rude. They interrupted and spoke over my friend who had an actual complaint. She refused to listen and spoke over her. I have never seen a company not stand by their mistakes, horrible customer service. They will never get my business!
