Very strange place… they insisted on a 33% tip before they even started the massage. The female worker argued for five minutes trying to get me to pre-pay the tip. After I refused, they provided a subpar service which did not meet the entire time purchased.

This massage spa is so close to my workplace. Sophie is a licensed massage therapist who is very friendly and professional. I like the environment there, clean and quiet. I have the best experience for massage there . Price is reasonable as well. Highly recommend to anyone who want to relax after a full loaded day.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI received a message that was sub par, it was completely bush league!!! There was no rhyme or reason for anything they did. For instance they messaged my right leg but not the left, messaged my left arm but not the right, it did not appear that the masseuse was educated or experienced. Then to top it off at the end when paying $52.00 for the session, I tipped $8.00 to round up to $60.00 the masseuse said NO!!! MORE MORE!! I said what do you mean more??? She said I WANT MORE MORE!!
