They do answer when you call they are rude as hell or at least the lady that answered today was. I simply asked what their availability was in the next coming weeks and she started giving me prices. I told her the things I was thinking of having done and she said okay so you don’t know what you want. And apparently they close down for the entire week of fall break.

At first glance, this is a very cute shop and it seems to have very friendly workers. That was not the case for me. From the first thing Kim had said to me I was being insulted. They all chimed on on how bad my well water hair was. Even after I explained I had dyed ny hair red and dyed over and it turned orange. Then, as I sat down to get my hair cut, I asked how far up my dead ends whcih is when Kim used the word “nasty” to describe my hair. A beauty parlor should make you feel beautiful, not have you in tears at how rude the workers are there. If I could rate this business 0 stars I would.
