I almost changed my review to 1 star, but that wouldn’t be fair to the business. I just left from my 2nd visit here, and the first visit was 5 stars all the way across the board. But this last visit, I called asked for a 90 minute massage, and was told to come in 30 minutes. So I killed a little time, showed up 30 mins later, reminded her I wanted 90 minute massage (if they had the availability and time). Instead of just telling me that they didn’t have the time, she tried to high pressure upsell me to 4 hands for an hour, and then said instead of 1 masseuse for 90 minutes, I get 2 for 45 mins. If she would have just slowed down from all of the high pressure tactics and trying to drag me back to a room, I would have been good with just getting an hour massage (with 1 masseuse). But, instead I just walked out and am on my way somewhere else to get a massage. It’s meant to be relaxing, not stressful and uncomfortable.
