I have been seeing Ashley as my primary practitioner for a few years, and she is great! I really feel that she is dedicated to helping her patients, and love that she personally calls me when she goes through my blood work and wants to suggest something that I need. I love that she has a more natural approach and looks deeper in my blood work than most doctors do, and instead of prescribing tons of medications she works with me to heal the whole body and not just the symptoms. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends!

My experience was exceptional. Pam was awesome, she took her time explaining the procure and answered all my questions in depth. Never once did I feel rushed. Pam is very knowledgeable and if you follow her advice and recommendations you will get the results you are expecting. I have gone back for 3 chemical peels and used the products she recommended and by the second treatment I could see such a difference in the texture and fine lines in my face. I feel amazing. I’m going to get a deeper chemical peel soon. I have only one thing that’s hard for me, they are only open M-F and I work on those days. If they would only consider opening on Saturday even if only half a day I could get more treatments on a regular basis.

I get laser hair removal here. The front office staff is so nice. My laser tech Azia is the best. So sweet and gets my in and out in no time. They make sure you never miss an appointment as well which I appreciate. Definitely recommend!

Ally did an amazing job as always. I’ve been to her twice now and have felt extremely comfortable with her. She always asks if I have any questions/concerns before we get started. Any questions I do have, she answers very honestly. I think visits with Ally will be a regular for me. Plus the staff is super welcoming from the time you check in to the time you leave.

Poor experience. Was told one thing during consult and same day service and asked to move appointment up for follow-up regarding no change in filler. Was given different commentary during follow-up, and do to no change or subtle difference per their words, I’d have to pay again. Most companies hold true to their word and products. As a first time customer and signing up for their monthly plan, I would have hoped to receive a better experience from a moral and ethical perspective. I’d vet other places for services. I could get into more details and hope to hear from this company to make things right. I will update review with more granular details.

Huntsville & Madison – It is a shame we do not have many local options for cosmetic treatments. I had an appointment and same-day service for botox & fillers. I heard things such as; you will have a noticeable difference, you will be very pleased with your results etc. I was also pitched a discount option to sign up for their beauty bank member service, which I signed up for. I had a follow-up appointment for a later date and requested that it could be moved up, as I had concerns after spending upwards of $2k for that one session. During my follow-up, I mentioned I was not pleased and did not see a noticeable change at all. Going to the follow-up, I heard different commentary; I am hearing things such as, you are a male, and it might take more to get in your tissue; you were only given half a teaspoon amount; I agree with you regarding no change – there might be a subtle difference… I was asked what do I want to do? My response was to make things right. The reply I received was that we can make it right and do it now if able, but it will cost another $800+ per seringe. The point of this review is that most companies will stand by their product and word. During my follow-up appointment, they knew I was upset and walked me out since I was unwilling to proceed with their solution of now paying north of $3200 to “hopefully” notice the product working. My advice is to vet out other places and if you choose this place, ask SEVERAL questions before proceeding with your service. I hope this company can morally and ethically make this right; as I mentioned during consult, I like to find one place for everything and stick with them. I hoped they would have remembered that and treated me fairly. They could have made much more money off of me in the long run. We will see how things progress, and I will update review accordingly.
