If you want blonde hair I recommend going elsewhere. I went to touch up my roots since my old colorist moved. Everything looked good till they put on a gloss. My roots are now orange and they said they would not tone it cause it wouldn’t help and that is just because of my natural color. I have been getting my hair colored for 10+ years and know that a toner can lift the orange. I was saddened that they didn’t even try to fix my hair; who wants orange roots and platinum blonde for the rest of their hair? They offered for me to come back for highlights and said that would fix the orange… how will adding more color and a different application take out the orange when you stated that the orange is caused by my natural hair and cannot be avoided??? I will not go back. I will be trying to wash with purple shampoo to take out the orange brassiness over the next few days. Still looking for a new colorist as well.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. I’m even a member. I met Claudia, a super helpful colorist. I loved that she spoke my language, Spanish, and I was able to communicate my hair needs better. Well, I heard that another coworker told her that she couldn’t speak Spanish in the salon. I was so offended! No one can prohibit anyone to speak whatever language they want. I feel more comfortable speaking Spanish. Why should I stop? This is outrageous and I hope that this company doesn’t stand for racial discrimination! I really like the company, but I will not stand for a place of service, where I am not allowed to speak to my colorist in my language of preference. Freedom of speech baby. ✌

Customers BEWARE! I went in today to purchase a hair color kit and was told they don’t accept cash so I pulled out my credit card and the employee pretended that the chip was not working and manually entered my credit card information on the computer. 30 minutes later I get a call from my credit card that someone had attempted to use my credit card (fraudulent charges). I have filed a police report and am awaiting to hear from Madison Reed’s management so they can provide employee information for investigation. This employee thinks she’s the one who was slick but I have her name and will make sure she suffers some kind of consequence for stealing my information. Will never be shopping there again.

I just recently went for a gloss treatment since I don’t color my hair and had the best experience. It stayed shiny and voluminous for several weeks! I love how clean and tidy the salon is (aside from it also being gorgeous). The staff were all very friendly! I also love knowing their products are free from those harsh chemicals like, ammonia, that really make me feel so light headed and nauseated when I walk into a traditional salon. It really is an all around great place with great products and people! Definitely recommend checking them out!

Made an appointment online for my daughter . We showed up for her appt and we were turned away because of her age, which she is 15. When I made the appointment online there is no where that said there is an age restriction. Age limit should 100% be posted when making appointments! Needless to say I left with a very saddened teenager who was excited to be getting her hair done!

When I got there to explain, they could have fitted me in but there was only one person on staff and the other was floating behind the reception desk. When I got there to explain, they could have fitted me in but there was only one person on staff and the other was floating behind the reception desk. I drive about 40 minutes just to come here and get my hair done by Jordan. She’s very careful with my hair and she takes her time despite her busy schedule.
