Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo a two weeks ago I had my nails done (NOT at this salon) and one nail cracked, so I stopped by this salon which is near my daughters daycare. I have to say very pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the salon looks. I have tried plenty of nail shops in Mississippi while visiting and this one took the cake! The gentleman ( owner) was extremely professional, delightful and gentle. On my way out getting ready to pay, I didn’t have cash so due to the repair being less than 5$ he said “ don’t worry, next time.” I can’t believe people still believe in customer service especially in nail salons!!! He is right, I will definitely be a returning customer. Had to help them out since they helped me out by fixing a job that was not done right and then didn’t bother to charge because they would rather have continuous business or returning business. I love driven customer service businesses . So a two weeks ago I had my nails done (NOT at this salon) and one nail cracked, so I stopped by this salon which is near my daughters daycare. He is always super patient with her, and he makes it really fun for her too. She is always begging me to go there now. My nails ALWAYS look great too!
