Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWas listed as being open. When I arrived the gate was closed and a sign said to call for assistance. Called and no one answered so I walked down to the other store they own. The man who was supposed to be fielding the phone calls and didn’t answer mine, was playing on the phone. The store was completely empty and yet he stated he wouldn’t open the hair store to help me there as the note indicated. Horrible service and completely unprofessional.
