She has excellent communication skills, better than most, in that she asks questions to determine what the best way to meet the client’s needs and desires is. What is exceptional is that she listens and clarifies to make sure both are on the same page. Then she executes a precise and intuitive hair do. She gets it right every time, even the first time I came to her with a botched hair cut from my previous hair stylist. She is sweet, smart, and has a delightfully light personality.
