My beautiful partner and I were looking to get a nice pedicure after an amazing extended weekend up in New York. We were calling places in the area due to our usual spot being closed, and all the other places were booked or closed. This place was very friendly, quick(without feeling rushed,)and reasonably priced. I think we may have found our new spot. Thank you for the professionalism and friendly service.

I have gone here for about 6 months, it has been fine( never great but accommodated my schedule) Today Helen was insisting I get dip instead of gel polish. My daughter got acrylics put on and four days later they all fell off, not just chipped or broken but fell off completely like they were press ons. They agreed to have her come back and redo them for free. I also got acrylic nails put on and they are crooked and bumpy and uneven. Would never come here again! Acrylic nails

My first visit was pleasant. Friendly staff, quick service and loved my pedicure. Yesterday, I went back for a fresh pedicure. The tech who did my pedicure did a great job. However, the young girl at the front desk was very rude with a nasty attitude. I wanted to leave a tip on my credit card as I had done so at my last visit, but the girl at the front desk gave me a hard time this time around. After going back and forth with her, she finally agreed to charge the tip to my card. I asked for my receipt and and thanked her as she handed it to me, but no pleasantries were used in return and she continued to look down in her phone as if I hadn’t said anything to her. I thought I had found a new salon to come to for my pedicures, but after my encounter with the girl up front, I will not be returning.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityCame to this nail salon with two of my friends in hopes of getting some simple but cute designs on our nails. The lady did not even measure my nails up to make sure they were even when I asked her to cut them. When I asked her if she could do a basic white daisy flower design on my nails she said yes. When it came time for my design she was smearing the color all over, not how the picture looked. The young woman doing pedicures then began being rude to my friend when she was explaining to her how she did not like the one pallets of glitter she was being shown. Young girl then mumbled “what the hell” under her breathe, becoming a very unprofessional environment for customers. Overall would not recommend, and was kind of dirty inside. The worst pedicure ever received. Too much money spent on basic nail polish, no designs. I was only given a chance to see 1 color board. As other clients started coming in I noticed that they have different types of color boards . I will never go back again.
