Great first experience here! Never knew this place was here until I was driving by and they were amazing ! I got a wax done and Katya was amazing ! I’m still have yet to try other services, which in time I will, but I would definitely recommend!

It was my first time at Looma Spa for a facial, and I will not be returning. The rooms are not very clean, in addition to the towels and headwraps that they use. I left extremely disappointed in my service. The facialist who performed my service used latex gloves, which did not feel good on my face and had a strong latex/rubber odor the entire time. She left halfway through the service for a few minutes and came back but did not state where she went / left me laying there confused. The hot towels that they use smell disgusting, as well as the products they use. I would not recommend getting a facial here! In addition, the receptionist checking people in/out was SUPER SICK (coughing, rubbing her nose, sneezing, could barely breath…) and was not wearing a mask. A gross experience from arrival to departure…

I used to really like this place but I’ve had too many bad experiences with their customer service. Don’t ever think about enrolling in their membership, because if you ever want to cancel you’ll literally never be able to get out of it. The receptionists never seem to know what is going on. Their answer is always “oh only the manager knows or has that access”. But guess what the manager is never available. I asked for my credit card to be removed from their system, and they did do so. However, the next time I was there I used my debit card, and without my knowledge they kept it on file. Keep in mind legally the card withholder has to authorize a card to be kept on file. They charged another month of the membership to my debit card. I emailed the manager a month prior informing them that I wanted the membership canceled, and they told me that was all I had to do. I’m so extremely unhappy, and frustrated. I highly don’t recommend this place because they lack communication and professionalism when it comes to payment.

I had a great first experience in Looma Spa, i booked the Looma Sampler and everything was perfect from the mani-pedi to the massage and facial. Lisa and Barbara did a great job and I left super relaxed and pleased with the service provided. I highly recommend.

Put me with an injured employee for a massage. Worst spa experience ever. Even did the services in the wrong order. Pedicure…I’ve had better at local nail salon. Don’t waste your money. When asked about why I was placed with an injured employee was met with confrontation from owner. Highly overrated and subpar experience.

The staff was amazing, friendly and extremely helpful in explaining/suggesting the type of massage I should book being it was my first time ever scheduling aspamassage. Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles , offered a beverage, and lead to beautiful seating room where my masseuse promptly arrived to welcome me and walk me to a private suite. The masseuse was very kind and gently walked me thru the whole process. She customized and adjusted the service to meet my needs and expectations in addition to regularly communicating with me to make sure I was enjoying the pressure/movements and that I was always comfortable. Afterwards she gave me water and I was informed how to care for myself and my muscles. The relief and comfort I have experienced since having this massage is life changing. I recommend everyone make this as routine to their schedules as one does to gym. Going once a week or once a month is going to make a huge difference on not just your body but your mental health. If youve never had a spa massage please go toloomaand try this at least one time!
