Went in 30 minutes before they closed the lady working was super sweet and helpful. One of the best nail experiences I’ve had she was gentle quick and did my nails very nicely. Definitely will be coming back

Made an appointment. Took walk-ins before me and I had to argue with the nail technician just to get what I originally wanted. They tried to give me lopsided nails, saying it was my hand, and I had to remind them to actually finish the nail design. And they even tried to get me to not look at my nails. Every time I would hold my hand up to make sure everything looks correct, the technician would make a small fuss about it, telling me to “Give it here”. And now that my nails are done, you can see my natural nails underneath the acrylic nails, so it already looks like I need a refill. Wouldn’t go there again honestly, this was such a bad experience. And I wasn’t the only customer that complained either- multiple women with pre-scheduled appointments left because they were receiving bad service. So again, I’m not coming here again.
