Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJamie has been doing my hair for years!!! I’ve never had a single bad experience. We are currently in the process of going blonder in an attempt to better cover the inevitable gray hair!! To lighten & maintain the health of my hair, we have to do this gradually. As much as I’d love to sit down with dark hair and get up in a few hours with blonde, it’s just not gonna happen AND still maintain the integrity of my hair. It’s a slow process but no worries because I love the atmosphere of the salon. It’s always welcoming & positive & upbeat. The services are excellent, the prices are more than reasonable and they make sure you know how to care for your new style!!! Love them! Give them a try. You won’t regret it!!Services: Hairstyling, Manicure, Pedicure, Body waxingJamie has been doing my hair for years!!! I’ve never had a single bad experience. It was a very friendly environment. It’s a 1stop shop salon. They’re services are hair, nails, and they have 2 tanning beds. The cheapest prices are only found at “Love Is In The Hair”. It really is a great place for “Her” to get everything she needs done all in one place!!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey fried my hair. The hairdresser talked me up from temporary to semi permanent hair color, and said it wouldn’t damage my hair. They baked it under a dryer for 25 minutes to “make it more like permanent color.” The color did not show up AT ALL. Now my hair is the same color, is dry and breaking off like crazy. I called about it…they were defensive and rude right off the bat. She said their service is not the reason for the damage, which is false. My hair was in much better condition before the service. The last color service I had done was a year and a half ago, and my hair has been soft, with plenty of elasticity and moisture, and has not broken for a while. They offered my money back, which is meaningless to me. They also said that they can’t put any more color on my hair because it would damage it more…despite the lie they told me before the service about how the semi permanent color is non-damaging. They told me to put regular conditioner my hair and walk around for a while at my house. I asked if they had any treatments to improve the quality of my hair. She reluctantly listed random treatments, but did not suggest or offer any to me. She casually blamed the cold weather for the state of my hair. The way you treat unhappy clients is indicative of how you run a business. This salon failed. Now I’m stuck with brassy, dry, brittle hair AND bad attitudes from the people who did it to me.Service: HairstylingThey fried my hair. Stopped in yesterday because they advertise walk-ins accepted and I wanted to use local business. I was initially excited until I was told I would have to come back in another week for a pedicure. Wound up driving to Olive Branch and found a place that didn’t turn away their walk-in customers. Cant rate the experience otherwise.

Absolutely the best country small town shop, very reasonable, and very good about knowing exactly what you want. The atmosphere is great, always nice people come with great conversations. It’s an all the way around my kind of place they are the best at what they do; always friendly, and down to earth kind of folks love it
