This was 30 minutes after I left. These are supposed to be SnS nails. They are comfortable and good at acrylic nails only. I came in wanting SnS dip on my real nails and was told by the guy that they would look like a little girl. Paula took over and I explained that I was very unhappy with the way they dipped and I have never had them done this way. She assured me they were done this way to protect my nails. My left pinky nail is very left, she just filed it more but I paid the $40 and will get them soaked off tomorrow. I only came here because it’s by my house, my regular nail tech moved back to NYC.

RUDE young girl. Sat 20 minutes before I ran my own water for my pedicure. 10 more before she started just to be told, no fill ins today only pedicure.. left went to Lena’s Nails across the street.

Sorry for the long post everyone but if I could give 0 stars I definitely would. My husband bought me a gift card for a manicure and a pedicure for my birthday and what was supposed to be a good experience turned into a awful experience. I got them done on Wednesday and by Friday, they were lifted, hang nails everywhere, my cuticles weren’t pushed back, not a good look at all.. I went back on Friday for them to fix my middle finger nail which kept snagging onto everything and the owner argued and said there was no problem, she then asked what did I want them to do? I told her I would like for them to fix it for me and then she said ok. I waited over half an hour and I didn’t want to wait any longer for something that was already paid for as well as given a tip for, I was invisible to them. Horrible experience, never again, you live and learn right? I’ve learned my lesson and never again will I go make someone else rich off of my dime unless I’m given good cs. All they seem to do here is talk about you, right in front of you in their language, take your money and kill you at the same time with their chemicals. If you want to save time and money, learn to do them yourself or go to someone who provides great cs. Don’t waste your time or your dime. Not saying everyone’s experience will be bad but they’re in America and dealing with the public cs skills is a must. Rude and all about the money!

Very friendly…. Only problem is the lady that did my pedicure literally would not stay off her phone, it took her almost 2 hours just to do a simple pedicure. I asked for dip powder on my toes but instead she gave me basic polish without my consent because in her words “the dip powder is more expensive”. As a customer I felt offended because who are you to regulate how much money I am able to spend?? Furthermore, the next lady that did my fullset was so nice & very professional she apologized about her coworkers mistake, offered me a bottle of water, & compensated me for my toes.

Way too long doesn’t there and it wasn’t busy. The lady that did my pedicure was great, however the last that did my manicure took breaks, phone calls, and ate all awhile having me wait without explanation; it was a ridiculously long process. I was disappointed by the finished product because you could see the layers of nail polish.
