This stop was on a whim because our normal salon was booked full! My daughter wanted her nails done for prom and I do mine every two weeks! Super sweet ladies but literally the worst nails we have ever had! I asked for tips, she told me my nails were long enough, which as you can see, they are short…. And the length should be my decision! The dip she put on is uneven and chunky, our nails are filed completely uneven! The lady I had filed my nails in a square, I’m not really sure if that’s what you’d call the shape, after I told her I wanted rounded nails! She informed me that with my finger size they would look better with square. RUDE! I had her refile them 4x before I gave up! I could tell she was annoyed with me! I did go home and try to salvage them, no luck! My daughters nails were to be clear acrylic, the lady did pink acrylic!! She even asked my daughter 3x what color!! In turn she had to change up her design, one she has had picked out for months. Her nails are so uneven I’m not sure filing hers would even help at this point! Both of our nails and fingers HURT from being filed on so much!! My cuticles are so dry they are cracking because I sat for an hour and half with acetone on! I have never had that happen before! Like I said super nice ladies, worst nails ever! I did pay them because they did the work and put in their time but wow, lesson learned!!!! I tried to get good pics of mine but it’s hard to see how bumpy they are! We will never go back here again!

Well… I called ahead for a 12pm appt. I arrived and was greeted with a hi, I told them I had a 12pm appt. No nail techs were available. At about 12:30, a tech finished with her client. Still waiting with no customer service. A few minutes later a another customer came in. She was greeted, approached and helped with picking out her color and guided to the techs station. Mind you, I had been waiting for 30mins and ignored the entire time. Saw that I wasn’t going to get help there so I left. Wow, disappointing.

A man and a lady did ours and they were both very snappy and pulling hard on our hands. We both got dip, mine on my natural nails and she has acrylic tips. I have been a client for a few years and have always been happy with their work. I recently had my daughter who is getting married and her bridesmaids go to Lynne‘s for manicures and pedicures for the wedding. They did an excellent job and the girls were all really pleased. I was also happy that they worked with our schedule.

I have been going to Lynns Nails for several years now, and have always received outstanding service from a friendly staff. Lynn is my primary manicurist, and she is excellent. I get a dipped French manicure, and it consistently lasts for 4 weeks. The salon is clean, the staff are always kind, and I feel I am getting a great manicure for a reasonable price. Thank you, Lynn, for always making me feel welcome and for the wonderful customer service!
