I work for CCAR industries, and I was hoping I could bring my clients in for a relaxing spa day. Once we walked in, I felt as if the energy and attitude was different towards my clients versus the other customers in the salon. The front is not very wheelchair accessible, as there are many chairs placed in the front area, almost blocking the entrance.

Shew this place is a mess. Starting from the beginning I walk in was given a 10 minute wait; wait time was actually an hour instead. While waiting there was no place to sit other than one chair because they have a coffee table in the way of the other chairs. Once sat at the table they bounced between every client making the process extremely long. You would sit for about 25 minutes each time the left you. Once they finally started my nails he couldn’t get the nails to stay firm they just kept popping off, filed my nails uneven, and the paint is horrible it looked as if I let my 4 year old paint them. Absolutely worst experience hands down at a nail salon. It’s a very dirty salon as well, they clean nothing during the process. Expect to put your fingers in slimy containers, and hard mail brushes

Went here because i needed my acrylics taken off and this was the closest place. The person i had was constantly on their phone and didn’t give much instruction. I’ve never gotten acrylics removed so i didnt know the process and they barely said anything. I think the only thing they really said to me was asking where i got them done. The person kept hitting my skin with the drill. I don’t think i will be coming back. Sorry 🙁

I ask the nail tech could she put rhinestones on my nails and she replied “I’m not doing those today”… ( This was Afternoon time).. they always have an attitude and they are very selective to who they are nice to. This is by far the worst nail shop I been to. I went to go get acrylic nails on Friday then on Monday they were chipping off so easily ……when I do something as simple as scratch my head the nail would break. I feel like I wasted my money for not only the length that I didn’t want but the service and the nails that started breaking after 2 days cuz it wasn’t enough acrylic WOULDN’T RECOMMENDED
