Update 10/20/2022: Went here yesterday (10/19/2022) for a haircut and blonde highlights with Marla. Arrived early to my appointment, and was able to be taken in earlier as well. Was greeted warmly by the front desk, and was able to sit down. Appointment went great! I was able to tell marla what i wanted, and she found a photo that was exactly what i wanted. The highlights were definitely a long process, but didn’t have to go anywhere nor was in a rush, so it didn’t matter. ,My cut was exactly how i wanted it, which was a trim with layers, and boy i definitely needed the haircut! They also accept cash, and i paid with cash and was on my merry way. will be back next time i need a haircut, because i like all the smiling faces, as well as being able to hear people well. Thanks for being my new spot for getting my hair done!

I wanted to love this salon because of the convenient location, but it is impossible. I came in for a cinnamon balayage and haircut and while the stylist was very nice and I loved my haircut, the resulting color was nothing like what I had asked for or the 2 pictures I showed. When I called for a color correction 2 business days after the appointment the woman I spoke with scheduled me for a color correction with a different stylist free of charge but without my even asking, told me I would have to pay for a blowout. When I asked how I would know the color was done correctly the second time without a blowout, she told me they would dry one piece of hair. I went in today and politely asked to speak with the owner before the appointment because I could not believe that a blowout would not be included free of charge, she told me that because they were already “taking up time” with a free color correction she could not offer a blowout free of charge and “waste” more time. The stylist who did my color correction was also very nice and my color is better than before, but it is still not what I asked for or anything like the pictures I showed, and I walked out of the salon with a primarily wet head. I will not be returning to this salon and do NOT recommend it as their customer service is extremely poor and for being such an overpriced salon, they seem to all be novice colorists who are inexperienced in running a beauty salon. I am also appalled that an owner would tell a customer who had to go out of her way to come back a second time to get the service she paid hundreds of dollars for corrected, that she was taking up time and anything more for her would be a waste of time. Please do better.

This is a HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE, my daughter went in for a glaze and cut , she has curly hair , the Hair stylist proceeded to give her face layers, She never told her to do that. So she did something that wasn’t told to do , When we called back and asked why she did this they had no response other then to tell me your Daughter must’ve liked it because she left her a big tip. WTH. When we spoke to Marla the manager we just simply asked for our money back she never responded back to us we had to call several times and they didn’t pick up the phone and they told us that Marla was not in today. If you need your hair done do not go to these people they are scammers and liars……
