Roxanne has an amazing soothing energy about her that makes you feel like you’re being serviced at home. She’s professional, warm and very thorough with her work as an esthetician. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a facial treatment, especially one who is doing microneedling for the first time.

07/03/12: I purchased a groupon for a microdermabrasion. Conveniently scheduled my appointment through the website. Loved the automatic reminders the website sends 2 days before your appointment and then one more the day before for you to confirm that you will show up. Being that it was a Saturday it was a breeze getting into town and I was able to find parking right as I got into the garage. With 4 elevators running at full speed I was quickly whisked to the 12th floor. I did think it was weird that I had to ring a door bell to get in but I completely understood why, for security reasons being that Roxanne is the only person in the office and if she’s with a client then there’s no one in the front. I was amazed when she opened the door with a welcoming, “Hello Darci, come on in.” She had a trendy/cozy waiting area where I waited while she finished up with her current client. Before we began she explained everything to me & showed me the diamond wand that she would be using. Roxanne is very thorough. The treatment room was very clean and inviting. Roxanne explained everything she was going to do even down to sanitizing her hands. Afterwards I felt my skin and it was 10x smoother and looked way cleaner than when I walked in. Roxanne offered me a great deal for my next microdermabrasion if I prepaid, so of course I took up the opportunity. I think I just found my monthly microdermabrasion oasis! 06/03/13: It was 10 months ago that I made my first review about Luxz. Today, my review has not changed. Each visit better than the previous, Roxanne has proven to me she is a master at her craft. I have found my skin tighter, clearer and more radiant since I started my monthly treatments ten months ago. I feel you get what you pay for, that is why I am disturbed by the unfair 2-star review, the only low review out of all the reviews. I have come to know Roxanne as more than my aesthetician but as my friend. She strives to provide each customer the utmost individualized satisfaction they deserve. As the idiom goes, “you get what you pay for”. Luxz is not your standard, run-of-the-mill facial salon, anyone can give you a facial. Luxz provides (with REGULAR maintenance treatments) you with youth, longevity and above all things beauty. I find that pessimistic patrons should not be complaining about any services provided to them, especially if they didn’t pay full price and purchased it through groupon or living social. To expect immediate results is absurd, its like going to 24-hour fitness on a FREE 10-day pass and then complaining that you didn’t lose the weight in 10-days. If you’re first experience was fantastic then give them fantastic if it’s a service that requires multiple treatments then hold your disgruntled review until you’ve had a few treatments and are able to notice the results. Then again if you can’t afford the best then maybe you should stick to the nail salons that provide cheap facials using the $4 Apricot Scrub from Longs. 07/25/15: It’s been exactly 3 years since I’ve been seeing Roxanne. My monthly ritual, never missed, exactly 36 appointments. My monthly treat that I will continue to indulge in. Do I look 21 again, no. But for 32, my face looks pretty damn good next to friends 8 years younger than me. Thank you Roxanne! 10/16/19: I’m still a monthly customer! Now that I have my baby I can’t wait for my monthly visits, I’ll come just to talk to her for an hour but it’s a bonus that I get my face pampered at the same time! Here’s to 7 years!
