If I could give a negative star I would. First of all the guy that did mine and my daughter’s feet was extremely rude and rough. He rushed to job and did an awful job at that. The lady that did my acrylic was good, but shortly after leaving I realized my index finger is completely crooked. I was trying to find a nice nail shop by my home, but on to the next. I will never return. I would not recommend this place. Plus it is dirty.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueToday 11-20-2021 I went in for a appointment at 11:30 am and I left within 30 minutes of being there because the guy cut my toes so badly and now im in pain. I will never go back here ever again. I told the guy on the first toe he cut that he was hurting me and he said oh ok ok and then proceeded to massacre my toes.

Went in with no appointment and was helped right away. My nail tech was Dora and she did a fantastic job on my nails. She has become my go to from now on.

Horrible experience , never EVER coming back here again. The staff is very rude and the man who did my pedicure was extremely rough and rushed to finish and in the end he overcharged me and didn’t want to explain what the extra charges were for. I asked for a manager and no one could give me an answer or when they were coming in. I would give a negative review if I could.

Do not recommend! I’ve had some bad and/or expensive pedicures before and never left a review but this one was the worst. I don’t know about the other workers but the man was rude, mean, impatient, and easily frustrated. He was rough and rudely reacted when I did not position my feet immediately. He did not use anything to separate my toes during the painting process. There was no massage and he was very rushed. This was a BELOW basic pedicure at $30. Not anywhere near that value. I wouldn’t even pay $3 for this pedicure. And the worst thing is he cut me deeply, made me bleed and did not apologize. Lesson learned. Please do not go here. Please!

I payed 75 dollars for a SHORT full set because i got designs on two fingers. It was overpriced in my opinion. There’s no set prices they just charge whatever they feel like charging. All together they charged $135 for 2 full sets for my mom and I. And her nails were basic. Acrylic nails

Went here today for the first time and the lady that did my nails was very nice. But there were some issues with the nail application. I have glue on my skin from gluing on the nail extensions. (They kept popping off while she was filing trying to get the right shape.) She custom made some glitter for me which was nice. But the acrylic set uneven and it wasn’t filed properly afterwards to fix that. The nails are also a bit bulky and the shape of each nail is different. The overall atmosphere was nice but what I had done was disappointing.

No liners in the bowl they put your feet in and the tools do not look new or sanitized. The lady threw on a bunch of paint so it looks uneven. She put glue on one toe to fix it and did not file it down so there’s a bump. I appreciate the owner offered for them to fix it because I said I was unsatisfied but I was already so disappointed that I just wanted to get out of there.

I love this salon! They are so clean and the workers are all very pleasant. All the equipment is new. Jamie is my go to girl for everything. She is so sweet and kind and always gentle. She always does an excellent job on my acrylics and the spa pedicures, as well. The spa pedicure chairs are all new and massage wonderfully! Kim and Kathy do great pedicures and Kim is an expert at removing ingrown toenails, painlessly! Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon.
