The staff is extremely friendly but I’m giving them one star because the quality of my full set is awful. They are thick uneven and the gell paint looks absolutely awful. I paid nearly $60 for a full set and my nails look awful and when I left my fingers were covered in acrylic and glue. I was also charged for a long nail when I got short nails.

I got a gel manicure with Heidi. They look great! She took her time to make sure they looked good and I was happy. The owner is also super friendly and greeted me immediately upon entry and checked up to make sure everything was going well. Overall very friendly atmosphere! I was happy with the service, not so much my nails. I took my grandma out to get her nails done, she ended up with beautiful nails and loved the service as well. I received an acrylic fill and was far from impressed. I think I could have done better with a $5 kit from Walmart. I ended up with left over acrylic all over my skin around my nails as well as polish. My nails are extremely misshapen and crooked now. I was very disappointed with the quality of nails but didn’t say anything because she was talking about how she didn’t have time. I will definitely not be going back.

While the owners are super nice, I am repeatedly disappointed by the quality of their work. I only scheduled an appointment because my normal place was booked up. I regularly get acrylic fills, and every time that I go here, they break and crack within the week. They also have a firm “final sale” policy posted everywhere that once you leave, they will not fix for free. Again, nice people but not worth the $$ AT ALL.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my nails done 3 days prior to New Years and by New Years Eve my nail was chipped and one broke. Since then, I have had one more break. I paid over $50 to get my nails done for New years and it didn’t last till then. I asked for dip powder and the lady said it was too messy and prefered to use gel and it was just as good, which it obviously isn’t. When I called to let them know what happened they said they’d fix it for $5 per nail because they don’t have to fix it because their policy says so. Save your money and go somewhere else!
