I’ve been going to Luxury Nails for 4+ years and have enjoyed my experience of a clean and professional salon. A friendly staff and easy to make appointments. They do a fantastic job with gel and acrylics. I leave feeling refreshed after a pedicure. My nails are long lasting and they have a huge selection of colors. Pay with cash for a small discount.

Was okay, kind of expensive, I paid $90 for a gel Mani and a regular pedi. My nails could have been filed better, and my tech started applying regular polish instead of the gel, so she had to start over on that hand, but did not reapply the base, so I anticipate it chipping. My nails are also cut pretty crooked, and it took 4 coats of “OPI” gel polish to get coverage from the polish. I don’t think I will return.

Critical: QualityWent in to get a fill and a shape change, I am extremely disappointed! I told her I liked the length I had but she shortened them anyway. The I asked for almond shape and SHOWED HER A PICTURE. They are extremely crooked and now I need to wait to get a new set because they are beyond fixable and I’m not paying for a new set a day after I paid for this one. Went in to get a fill and a shape change, I am extremely disappointed! I told her I liked the length I had but she shortened them anyway. The I asked for almond shape and SHOWED HER A PICTURE. They are extremely crooked and now I need to wait to get a new set because they are beyond fixable and I’m not paying for a new set a day after I paid for this one. They rushed me out the door because they had regulars come in for a fill.

Critical: ProfessionalismI was told walk ins were ok just call ahead so we did and were told to come in so we did. Upon arrival 8min from call we are told no walk-ins until they realize we just called. Was told 30 min wait u was ok bc I knew we were a walk in, however as we wait people are coming with appt and they are taking new people in and out while we wait. My toes were then done in a color I didn’t choose I just was so disgusted I didn’t fight it. As my elderly mom is wrapped in foil still waiting. We checked in at 545 it is 750 now. I live in Marion Ohio, My daughter lives in Avon Lake Ohio. When I go visit her ,we make a point to get our nails done.I was there on April1st 2017 Got Maini & Pedi .I took my Granddaughter that is 7yrs old this time we had wonderful experience. My nails & cuticles was a mess .I had Gel nail polish put on.It has been 21 days & polish is still on ,my nails are looking good still. The technician suggest a color I would of not thought of,I have so many compliment on color.Thanks to my technician sorry I forgot your name. I wish could drive 2 1/2 hours every 3 weeks to get my nails done there! Thank You To All Staff The Made Feel Like Family ! 🙂

Robert and Becky, the owners, are two of the nicest people. They truly do a terrific job! It is such a shame that a disgruntled employee and her mother tried to ruin their reputations online. I highly recommend Luxury Nails. I have been going there for years, and have always been very pleased.

Disappointing experience. Went in for a pedicure. Technician (owner/manager) was answering the phone and talking all the while pausing my pedicure. She was a bit rough, lacked a customer-service oriented attitude and in the end gave me poorly done pedi that, within 3 days, has started chipping. Never has that happened before. In general my pedis last 5 weeks. Also bubbles in the polish. I have been going for years and I’m sad to say things have gone downhill.

Very disappointed. I have been getting my nails done for years, I wanted to try somewhere new. They didn’t have any nail art designs to look at, I showed them what I wanted and they were like ummmmm. So I said nevermind. I told her to make my nails thicker because I am rough on them and she made them extra thin. I do not recommended this place.
