I was there too long. I arrived around 2 pm and didn’t leave until 5pm. For the amount of people that was there, which was less than 10, it shouldn’t have taken long for a pedicure and Dipping Powder nails. Although the nail technician tried to accommodate me for waiting, it still was too long for the services rendered. Hopefully, next time the wait will be shorter.

Very bad customer service! Le wife has a very nasty attitude and will never touch me again! She even went to the extent of saying to me that money will get you good nails… that through me for a big loop! Because why would I walk into a establishment an not want or be willing to pay ‘money’? She had the acrylic all up under my nails I had to correct her on that! I don’t mind paying but when the service sucks it’s a problem…. I never had to worry about these problems with Le but that his wife is a no no! I also witnessed the lady that did my pedicure wash off the foot scrubbers/Scrapper in the hand washing sink just unsanitary ughhhh!!! Makes me think they don’t properly clean and sanitized at all! From now on I’ll just be setting up a appointment with Le or finding me another place to go. Simple!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost 10 years! I’ve seen their service list expand, and their renovation, new family members, etc. This is definitely a family-friendly salon, and they are very affordable. They always do a good job! Le and Tina are wonderful!

I use to go to the salon all the time but I started to search tally and supported other people. Well tonight I went in bc all other salon were full and let’s say my nails are horrible, the press on by kiss looks 10x better which I been wearing since I travel a lot. I just ask for something simple to get me over the hump for an event and it looks like I did them with my eyes closed. Simple short Nails. I can’t believe they charge 38.00 for full set and gel. Wow.. Tina had an attitude and just rushed my nails . I’m like wow good thing I paid 20.00 and no tip. These nails will be off by Monday. Wow. That shop needs to be shut down! Horrible . So disappointed! Don’t go there or waste your time! I wish I could give lower than one star
