We been in this location for 10 yrs, and served our community in the past 20 years in Ocala. Our staffs are higly trained to provide their best skill in the nails beauty industry. We have kid Spa Pedicure age ranging from 2 yrs old to 10 yrs old. We also have 10% discount for kids. We have large servicing menu. We have 20 staffs that run full time from 9 am to 7 pm, and Sunday also Open from 11 am to 5 pm. We welcome all from local to out of states travelers. Our friendly enviroments will gives you the best feeling and comfort with every services purchased with the right prices that you choose. I showed multiple photos of sun flower nail art, to a lady they JUST hired who said she’s been doing this for like 20 years. She repeatedly asked over and over about the nail art asking if I want 3-D. I declined and as she skipped crucial steps for doing dip powder, I got more nervous. The nails were shaped nice, however I ended up with a NEON ORANGE stick looking flower on my nails, nothing like what I asked for. The orange she used didn’t even mesh with the yellow I chose- which was annoying as well because they had a terrible selection and I was trying to match a more sunflower/mustard tone. I had cuts on multiple fingers due to her rough filing, after repeatedly telling her she was hurting/cutting me.

I went to get a pedicure and everything went great during the pedicure. It was after that was the mess. I woke up the next morning with the polish completely missing off one toe and half gone off 3 more. I went back and asked for it to be fixed. They couldn’t find the gel color I’d used so instead of removing what was on my toes she’s just put this similar color over what was already there. Once she was done with the curing lights she couldn’t shove my feet back in my socks and shoes fast enough. So now I’m home with smudged polish and a ruined pair of socks. I’ll never go back.

Luxury Nail & Spa is more than just a place to get your nails/spa done. I have had the pleasure of going there over the past 5 years. I have moved away from Ocala and have come back to the area. My loyalty remains to this nail salon not only because when you leave you feel not only beautiful but recharged. A very good energy in the atmosphere they have created with staff that is experienced. Their hours are just unbeatable no other salons in town are open on Sunday plus you can guarantee they are open with an early start. They know customer service. When you go there for me at least I get that home like vibe the staff remembers your name and cares about how you’re doing. I make this salon part of my routine every two weeks and after a long week I look forward to going!

Went in for a fill, the lady was very rough. Made me bleed and filed to the point my nails were burning. Informed her that it hurt but she continued. The nails were uneven and rough on the sides. Next day the paint bubbled and peeled because the paint was to thick and undercured. I’ve had my nails done here before and had a great experience. But I guess you have to be lucky enough to get serviced by someone who actually knows what they are doing.

Mr. Tim at this fine establishment gave me the best foot rub during a pedicure Ive ever had!!! I went during a not as busy time and I think that really makes a difference. This salon has been one of my favs for years, but sometimes during busier time some of the techs tend to rush. NOT THIS TIME!!! I GIVE MR. TIM A 10 STAR RATING!!! I will be requesting him for sure next time!!! Hope he is still there!!!!

The pedicure massage was great and friendly place but when I was going to get the wax bag, I noticed my toes looked like she put one coat and you can see the strokes . When I got home I noticed she went over my skin I,Myself, had to clean up the extra access. Since she went over my skin the nail polish gel was lifting and already it chipped. I just left the salon and 2 hours it’s falling apart. I’m going back to tell them. I know I have tiny toes but you guys are professionals and should be able to work on any kind of toes.

Not a good experience! The lady who did my nails got nail polish and nail glue all over my hands. And did nothing to clean it up. I got a basic French tip. And she got white on the part that shouldn’t be white. And she didn’t clean it up after noticing it was there and instead she cured it. The nails are flaking around the edges. I’ve only had them on for a little over a week and it looks like they’ve been ok for a month
