I have been here a few times, everytime I’ve waited after my appointment to get in. I call everytime and book an appointment days in advance. Today my appointment was at 215, it was 245 and they still had not come over to me to start my nails. When he asked why I was leaving and I stated “I make my appt for 215 and it’s not 30 minutes past that” He said “you can’t wait?” I would give 0 stars if I could!!

Great place!!! Amazing service! Nicest people I have met in forever. They are also super patient and willing to try new things. My daughter gave me a picture of what she wanted my nails to look like and they did way better than the picture!! Definitely a 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

I usually go to a different place to get my nails done but this place is so close to home so I decided to go there for manicure I never had a complain about pedicure, but this time I went there and tried the manicure there is someone new, she is really nice super talkative more friendly than the other person who was there before her, anyway she is nice but my nails were horrible I asked for square shape and they were literally a square she didn’t even shape them I think the owner of the place saw the disappointment on my face and she fixed them but my nails and fingers were sore of how rough she was when using the nail file she asked me to go back again so she can add color but my fingers hurt so much and she even cut me with the file, so next time I rather drive longer for a better job, also I was there for two hours.

They are the best in Mt. Horeb area however because they’ve become popular, it’s hard to get in. The last 3 times I’ve called and made an appointment, I waited 30 minutes to get a seat even after I made the appointment. I’ve moved on to Happy Nails in Middleton. They honor their appointments and do as great of a job for a better price.

Been getting dip nails done here almost since they opened – love them! Had first pedicure today and wow! I’m never disappointed! Professional, polite, great welcoming atmosphere. I won’t go anywhere else and will continue to recommend to family and friends!

Too many customers for too few staff. When I was there, they had 6 customers for two staff members to rotate between. Some people with appointments waited a long time. Also, basic pedicure includes nothing bit a wash, clip, and paint. Overpriced and disappointing quality. Loved the sweet nail technician who did my manicure- but she was too busy to really devote proper time to my nails.
