I had been looking for a good nail place with good service. I looked into Kim nails because her reviews was really good. I went in on Saturday and for the first time I found someone that has done exactly what I wanted. I am big on natural nails. Every time I have asked another nail salon to do gel manicure they always convince me to do nails and cut them short. She did exactly what I asked. She was so kind. She works alone so be patient with her. She give her clients divided attention which I love. I am so happy I found her! The hot rock massage at the end of my gel manicure was amazing! She specializing in doing natural nails so if you’re looking for acrylic nails or anything like that this is not the place.

Kim is so welcoming & she takes walk- ins. She took her time & a lot of effort on my pedicure!! I’ve never had anyone take the time she took on feet! My feet where baby soft by the time she got done. I went got my pedicure & it was one of the best pedicure that I’ve ever had. She took her time she didn’t rush how most nakl places rush because she was closing at 7:00 pm. She carefully did my pedicure & she talked to through every detail that she was about to do. She was the best of the best I am so pleased with my pedicure!! I love it. You don’t always find a real good place to give you good quality hospitality, service, & do a good massage on your feet. Come get your pedicure here you want be disappointed I promise you that!!!

Both times I went my nails looked absolutely atrocious – it looked like a little kid tried painting my nails. The second time I went she clipped my all nails and started to paint my 2 of my nails without even filing. I thought maybe she just forgot until I asked politely if she could file them. She seemed to have an attitude and told me I should’ve spoken up. I am appalled and I would never recommend anyone to come here. Your nails will look better if you leave them bare or paint them yourself at home, honestly.
