BEST experience with a nail salon I have ever had. The service was outstanding. I didn’t get his name, but the young man from Michigan did such an amazing job. If I’m ever in Pittsburg again I will definitely be returning!

The staff are short-handed sometimes which may cause a delay since it can get really BUSY during the WEEKEND and EVENING times. Understandable. I recommend coming early during the weekdays to avoid the rush. Most of these one star reviews are probably service related since they CAN get really busy due to walk-ins. Otherwise, they have a really friendly staff. They usually open on Sundays if they have appointments. There are a variety of types of nails like Solar nails, Organic Dipping Powder, acrylics, pedicures and manicures for guys, etc. In addition, they’re popular for their eyebrow waxing and other services such as back massages (requires appointment) and facials. I’m rating this place 5 stars to balance out all the one star reviews with no explanation.

My first time back since 2011, and I can say that it has changed and not in a good way. The shop looks like it’s in disarray. I’m used to getting a pedicure, then going to a table for my manicure, but not this time. While the older man was giving the pedi, an older woman brought out a plastic container with a towel and glass bowl of soapy water and put it in my lap. She then took my hands a little aggressively and stuck them in the water. She did the trimming and cuticles while my pedi was being done. Filing of both finger and toenails was a little aggressive as well. My fingernails don’t look any better than if I do them myself. The polish doesn’t cover the nail completely. The second and top coat aren’t even and it’s easily noticeable. I was told it would take a couple of minutes for them to dry, but even after having them sprayed with a drying agent and having my car heater blowing on them for at least 30 minutes after leaving, I got marks from my socks after I put my shoes back on. All the while I felt like I was in an episode of Seinfeld because both of them were speaking a foreign language. And to top it off, one of my toes is sore and a little red at the corner of the nail. I’ll be looking for another place next time I decide to let someone else do my nails.

Really sweet staff! Only nail salon that has never been rude or unprofessional! Highly recommend to go early on a weekday and you’ll truly be pampered and not feel rushed like other busy nail salons.

This is the WORSE nail shop in the world I went in for a fill. it took her 3hrs and my gel polish was already bubbling up and sticky she claimed they were fine and did not want to fix or refund my money long story short I GOT MY MONEY BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING PERIOD POOH!
