Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went to get gel nails done with a specific design, and I understand that I cannot expect to get exactly what I see in the picture, but what I received was just unacceptable. The design was incomparable and the gel polish itself was lumpy and poorly done. When I showed the nail tech what I wanted to get, she said she would be able to do it, but what I got was just ridiculous and of horrible quality. Not once did she try to fix her mistakes in the entire process, it was just a one stroke and done. She seemed to be in a rush the whole time. In the process of getting the design, I realized how bad they were coming out and so I asked her to remove the design, and she snapped at me saying I am asking for too much and that I am being difficult. I was polite and nice my entire time there, and I still paid and tipped well even though I did not like the quality of the polish at all. On top of the poor design, I left realizing there was a hair stuck in my nails. The service was of poor quality, unprofessional in behavior and just saddening overall as this was my first time getting my nails done in almost two years since before the beginning of the pandemic. I do not recommend this place. I went to get gel nails done with a specific design, and I understand that I cannot expect to get exactly what I see in the picture, but what I received was just unacceptable. The design was incomparable and the gel polish itself was lumpy and poorly done.
