My first time coming here and I was so disappointed. Especially considering the good reviews on google. My mom and I had appointments for a gel fill. Nothing fancy, simple. The manager kept pushing to do a dip. She asked 6 different times and we kept saying no but she wasn’t listening. Did her own odd powder fill that wasn’t the regular acrylic. My mom was so uncomfortable. She felt bullied. I understand business but at some point no is no and you need to listen to your customer. Definitely not a spa experience. I didn’t even get mine done once I watched the treatment with my mom. I do not recommend this particular nail salon to anyone.

This shop prefers to use dip powder which is not as strong as acrylic but looks exactly the same, so I have no complaints. I would recommend the Cat Eye Mink lashes ️ ️ both nail sets done by this salon

Arrived as a walk-in and the vibe was not welcoming. The nail techs didn’t even greet me with a courteous hello at all. Eventually a tech came to inquire about my request and advise there will be a wait. I was okay with the wait and grabbed a nail color for my pedicure. I noticed the salon was quite warm and assume the air conditioner was broken. The chemical smell was very strong due to lack of air circulation. There were a total of 6 customers including me in the shopping and after waiting 10 minutes in the heat..I decided to leave. Customer service is an important element to keep and retain customers.

I been going to this place for a few years and today made me realize never again. I arrived with my granddaughter and several people came in behind us. They greeted and sat in their chairs. My granddaughter said to me I don’t think they like us. I will never ever give this place my money ever again. I been noticed the bad vibe but it was convenient. Not no more. #1black and I’m proud. Will not be back.

I was able to walk in w/o appt. Waited only a few minutes. I had a pedicure and gel manicure. Both treatments were great and look nice. Gel manicure is perfect thickness, not too thick. Did French pedicure that looks clean and fresh. Will definitely be back.

Was there early on a Saturday for a manicure and pedicure. Waited for a bit to see a nail tech. Manicure was so rushed and the dip isn’t smooth at all. They are filed terribly and not straight or even. Then I was skipped by two people who came in after me for my pedicure. I sat with my feet in cold water for 45 minutes for yet another rushed service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I am the simplest person ever. All I want is a manicure and pedicure. No dip, no gel, no acrylic. Just polish. All I want is my cuticles cleaned up and pushed back, feet scrubbed etc. She basically just touched each of my toenails with the nippers and the cuticle pusher. My finger nails I wouldn’t even let her polish because I’m going to have to go home and give myself a manicute before I paint them. Paid and tipped well. Will not go back.
