Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could give no stars I would. My mother in law and I had a terrible experience at Luxury nails! Do not go to this facility to get falsies!!! We arrived at opening time, 9:00. We sat for quite awhile. The lash technician arrived at 11:00. When we finally received services, the technician was extremely rude and rough. She stretched my eyelids back to the point that I had to ask her to be more gentle. She didn’t apologize or have anything to say at all about that. It has been a few days and neither mine or my mother in law’s lashes have budged one bit. They are LITERALLY stuck. Of course we wanted our lashes to stay on for our special occasion, but not to stay on for well past that date. We have experienced considerable discomfort emotionally and physically. My mother in law and I have experienced eye burning and itching. We are afraid that when the lashes do come off, our real lashes will as well. We will never come back to Luxury nails ever. If I could give no stars I would. My mother in law and I had a terrible experience at Luxury nails! Do not go to this facility to get falsies!!! We arrived at opening time, 9:00. We sat for quite awhile. The lash technician arrived at 11:00. When we finally received services, the technician was extremely rude and rough. She stretched my eyelids back to the point that I had to ask her to be more gentle. She didn’t apologize or have anything to say at all about that. It has been a few days and neither mine or my mother in law’s lashes have budged one bit. They are LITERALLY stuck. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityPretty awful. Don’t go! Their male employee sitting out front Glared at me as I pulled up in my car and then walked inside. Two employees and two customers in chairs were being worked on. I asked for a simple manicure. was waved to a chair where the man seen outside was standing. He didn’t speak English. Got angry when I asked twice and pointed that I wanted ti. pick a polish. He then pulled out nail clippers and wanted to start with those. the reason I wanted a manicure was because I’d been gardening and really needed my fingernails and cuticles cleaned. I asked him didn’t they want me to soak my fingers first. I had to repeat three times as he kept insisting he’d clip first. He called another girl over in their language and got up and left. I explained I was used to soaking my fingernails first my fingers soaked first and my reasoning. she said we don’t do it that way but clip first and file, then soak nails. I said OK fine. Asked is he coming back? She said, “he left”. Bizarre! I said, do I can’t have my nails done? Was told she would do it when she was done. I asked when that would be snd she said “I just started”. I literally sat back amazed snd their chair broke and I fell against the wall. Bottom line…you’ve been warned.Service: ManicurePretty awful. Don’t go! Critical: Professionalism, QualityAvoid this place at all cost! The price of this nail salon will entice you to go but trust me, your nails will look and feel worse. I came in to get a simple blue French dip nail design. I had dip already on my nails, so naturally they had to soak off the dip. I sit for 20 minutes and my nails start to feel disgusting. I look at them and the acitone is staining my natural nail white and only removing half the dip off my nail. The male worker comes over, looks at my nails and the state they are in, and puts them back in the acitone. After another 15-20 minutes of soaking, my nails only get worse! The dip is only half off now and it’s all lumpy on my nail. And during this whole time no one has said a word or even ask to help, I was just sat there by myself for 40 minutes basically as my nails deteriorate. After about another 5 minutes I decide to not get my nails done and just left. My nails look and feel so awful I have honestly developed PTSD from this salon. Please do not waste your money at this place. I waited 2 hours for awful service. It was cheap, and I can see why. My nail technician did what the picture looked like (or tried to) but they just look poorly done. They were not very friendly and they finally asked me what I wanted after me sitting there for an hour. One of my friends was in there too, and they did not do what she asked and completely messed up the colors. Not to mention when he asked me to get up to wash my hands I did, but I saw some friends and talked to them for about 2 minutes maximum. I come back to my seat, just to see he has started working on someone else’s nails. Just very unprofessional, won’t be going back.

My left big toenail is now slanted .. overall I would not suggest going here plus my polish looks extremely sloppy .. it’s a shame I had to leave there and go to another place to get a neat professional pedicure somewhere else within minutes of leaving this place
