i showed the people a picture of how i wanted my nails. the dude who done my nails completely ignored my request. i asked for blue nails and clear buttery nail on my ring finger, they ended up doing the clear nail with butterfly’s on my middle finger. then they didn’t do my blue nails, the dude completely ignored me and done white nails and when i seen the white i looked over at my friend beside me and said”i cant wait till they are blue there going to look so good” and i know he heard me because his response to it was “there doing to look very pretty”. he done my clear top coat and then said i was done. the dude who done my nails tried saying i didn’t show him a picture of my nails and that it was my fault my nails wasn’t right. this is not the first time i have went to this salon and they have either ruined my nails or told me a price and when i went to pay it was way more then what i was told. i put the nails i asked for and the nails they done to see how completely different the nails are. i do say this that i’ll will not be coming back here and i’ll be going somewhere else to get my nails done.!!!!!

This will definitely be my regular nail salon, it was worth the hour drive! I came in on a Saturday afternoon, it was a little busy and I didn’t have an appointment, but they were very welcoming and I didn’t need to wait long. Hai was great, he did a beautiful job with my nails! I appreciate that he made sure he understood what I wanted, and checked to make sure I was happy with how they looked throughout the manicure. Can’t wait to go back soon for a pedicure!

I asked for a blue ombre nail using my natural nails that I had grown out for weeks. Instead I got this. I feel bad because theywrre nice but these nails are blocky, skewed, and not at all what I asked for. They also did nothing for my cuticles and he cut my finger with his own nails. I did white tip nails. When he got ready to finish my nails, I noticed multiple air bubbles in multiple nails. I asked him to fix it , he threw a fit and said that’s how it works. I Let him know that I have done it multiple times and my nails have never looked this bad. At this point I had to do color And after changing he started being rough with my nails. Then I asked him to paint my nail fully because he was leaving gaps in my nail Polish were you could see the white tip come through.. Rough and very negative with clients. I would not recommend them .

My niece went there to get her nails done, she showed them a design and told her a price. She’s on a budget cause she’s in school and stated that she was going to pick another design cause that was not a price she wanted to pay. Jimmy the manager told her that she had to pay up front because he was scared she wouldn’t pay. He said this in front of all the patrons in the shop. That was rude!!!! My niece felt embarrassed and humiliated. She stayed just to prove she could pay.

First time here, and I will be back! Tim was my nail tech. I had a full set if gel nails and a deluxe pedicure. As a licensed cosmetologist I always look and make sure proper sanitizing is taking place and it was. They were friendly, clean, fast and up to date on their skills. My daughter got a deluxe pedi and mani and we were so pleased. I have never had my nails done this well. Will def be back!!
