I entered an empty salon after work. The nail tech had difficulty understand my requests and checked in with another technician often throughout my visit . I asked for toenails to be trimmed , move the seat back so I could put my feet in the water vs slammed against wall of basin and warm water vs cold water. I requested one of the specialty pedicures and regular manicure. Pedicure was awful and never made it to the manicure. No real massage, exfoliating of feet and hot stones were luke warm at best. Last straw …my feet had been slathered in creams with no massage and I’m instructed to walk barefoot across the tile floor to manicure chair. I asked if nails were dry so I could put on shoes to walk safely across the floor. . I was told that my toenails needed to dry and also they had nothing for my feet. I put on my shoes, cancelled manicure and paid $51 for nothing but a foot wash, nail trim and layers upon layers of cream. Totally disappointed and waste of money. I work too hard to pay for poor service. Do not make the mistake I did today. Please try another nail salon.

I’m new to the area, so needed a new nail salon. Found Luxe Nails and have been thrilled. The pedicures are invigorating and relaxing at the same time. Nancy does a great job with the foot and calf massage! The owners/schedulers have always tried their best to work me into the schedule, considering I work a lot of hours and have limited free time. The entire staff is helpful and friendly and the facility is clean and bright. Definitely recommend!

I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy with my nails in my life. They look absolutely AMAZING. Very high quality work, fairly priced, and they couldn’t have been nicer. I’m super impressed and will definitely be back.

The nail shape was completely wrong, my nails cave in in the middle, and the design is nothing like the photo. I got there and showed my lady my design, and she said she could do it. I paid $70 for some god-awful nails. The nail shape was completely wrong, my nails cave in in the middle, and the design is nothing like the photo. I got there and showed my lady my design, and she said she could do it. However, as we came to the design portion of my nails she told me that I could only get it done on two nails because she did not have time for me. Came here after a friend recommended it with my mom and sister and we all loved it and our nails look really good! We felt super safe here as well – very clean + lots of sanitation, masks required, and temperature checks at the door. We will definitely be back soon!

I was so pleased with my service today. I’ve been getting my nails done at many different nail salons since May and every single one did not meet my standards, it was so frustrating because you pay so much for a manicure, but after today I am so relieved that I finally found a place that I can trust, that does a good job, is professional and is sanitary. Also at many nail salons they didn’t even put lotion on my hands and left my hands dusty!! But here they put a hot towel on my hands and did a paraffin wax dip on me and it was phenomenal, left my hands feeling so soft. Thank you so much for the amazing service, now I can finally enjoy getting my nails done again. They earned the 5 stars.

I made a appointment beforehand and they were really nice and it’s beautiful inside I’m pleased with my manicure and pedicure. Overall a great experience. During the pedicure I felt so pampered with a pineapple smelling scrub, a icy hot leg rub topped off with a oiled down leg and food massage and that’s just the basic pedicure!
