Critical: Cleanliness, ValueI went in for a simple haircut and almost lost my ears…. both of them. My man cutting my hair was shaking like a sinner in church trying to hold the clippers steady. I left with a medicore cut and a bleeding ear 10/10 do not recommend. And the facility looked like it was built in the 70s and forgotten about until someone said hey let’s cut some people’s hair in here. I went in for a simple haircut and almost lost my ears…. both of them. My man cutting my hair was shaking like a sinner in church trying to hold the clippers steady. I left with a medicore cut and a bleeding ear 10/10 do not recommend. And the facility looked like it was built in the 70s and forgotten about until someone said hey let’s cut some people’s hair in here. If you have another option, for your sake, use it.

Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could less than even ONE STAR I would!! Had an appointment for my hair today at 2:30pm because I had a wedding to go to this weekend, so I wanted to look decent! I checked in at exactly 1pm, I knew I was early, lady said just come back. (It’s the mall so I went to shop) came back and the audacity of her coming to me saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled because she doesn’t have time. How inconvenient!! If I could less than even ONE STAR I would!! Had an appointment for my hair today at 2:30pm because I had a wedding to go to this weekend, so I wanted to look decent! I checked in at exactly 1pm, I knew I was early, lady said just come back. (It’s the mall so I went to shop) came back and the audacity of her coming to me saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled because she doesn’t have time. How inconvenient!!
