Disappointed. I saw so many great reviews about this place and I really wanted to love it. I got my nails done three days ago and they already look like I need a fill and that’s how they looked afterwards too. My nails are also completely different lengths. The lady who did my nails was talkative and new I was nervous and encouraged ways I could relax. My nails look amazing and she was fast. The prices were very reasonable. I was a walk-in the first time I visited Luxe. The sweet tech did a terrible job on my nails and apologized profusely and encouraged me to come back and have someone else do my nails. It ruined my nails for months. A friend encouraged me to try again, and did so I did. I explained to the Woman at the desk my experience. She acknowledged and promised this time I would receive a successful dip powder manicure. Within 36 hours my nails chipped and I called so I made an appointment to have it repaired. I got there on time to be told they had no knowledge of my appointment and I should wait until someone could redo. I waited 30 minutes and left. Poor service and recovery

Was referred to Nikki today by a friend. She made me some awesome coffee while I was getting nails my done. Was able to walk right in. Salon was modern and clean. More expensive than the one I normally go to, but they were very helpful and nice.

Went to shadow after being told it was ok. I showed up and the owner did not know of this. They kicked me out because I wasn’t offering any services to the clients mind me I’m not licensed so I cannot legally give pedicure/manicure services. Very disorganized business

I have been going to Luxe Nails now for a little under a year. They are clean, considerate, and reasonably priced. Iris has been doing my manicures lately and she’s awesome! I always enjoy the outcome of my nails. I get compliments from friends and family all the time. I love this place and will absolutely be returning.

I came today to get a pedicure and to get my dip powder taken off. After I spoke with the lady, she convinced me to keep my dip nails, and just get new. Since I was on a schedule, they did my pedicure and nails at the same time. Both girls were very young, and super sweet. I think Christina did my nails. Fast, affordable, and my nails look great!
